John, Tracy, Katelyn & McKenzie Perry
The Perry's have been involved with Our Little Miss since 1998 when their oldest daughter, Katelyn, won a local preliminary. They immediately fell in love with the system and became actively involved. From that point they opened the Gulf Coast area and were successful in bringing many State Winners from their area, including several who went on to win at the World level. They were awarded the State & World "Preliminary Directors of the Year" for 3 straight years. Currently beginning their forth year as state directors, they received the "Rookie Directors of the Year" award for 2006 Official Season in Phoenix, "Open State Directors of the Year" for the 2006 Universal Beauty Season in Houston, Overall Directors of the Year for the 2007 Official Season and multi-state Directors of the Year for the 2007 Universal Beauty Season. At the 2008 World Official Finals they were awarded the Co-State Directors of the Year and the Multi-State Directors of the Year once again.
Their children have been involved in print and commercial work, talent competions and pageants since 5 months of age. They have held many titles on the local, state, National and World levels for many systems including Our Little Miss. Katelyn was the 2000 World's Universal Beauty, 2001 World's Baby Petite, 2003 World's Universal Beauty and was recently chosen as a member of the "Roar Into Action" Kids Club who just recorded their first CD for King Red Records. After a 3 year break from competition, Katelyn competed in Birmingham and was the 2008 World's Livin' Doll and placed as 2nd Alternate in the Official Competition. McKenzie was MS Baby Petite in 2003 and went on to win the 2004 World's Livin' Doll Title and place Top 10 in the Official Competition that same year. McKenzie was a featured actress in the first ever King Red Movie which was just released in Janurary, 2007. She is currently holding the South Central Regional Universal Beauty title and a member of the MS Roar Into Action Troupe.
